High Sensitivity, Empathy, and INFJ: How Deep Understanding of People Contributes to Potential Analysis for Leaders

The Importance of Depth
In our current culture, there is often little space for genuine depth. This is something I strongly criticize about our times, as I believe depth and the prolonged engagement with things hold tremendous value when it comes to fulfillment in both life and business.

This depth can make all the difference—especially for leaders and entrepreneurs striving for sustainable success. High sensitivity, empathy, and heightened perception are abilities that are rarely addressed in conventional leadership training. Yet, they are invaluable for gaining a comprehensive understanding of employees, company dynamics, and personal development.

The Gift of Intuition and Deep Understanding
As an INFJ in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (extremely rare), I have a pronounced intuition and a deep understanding of the emotional and mental states of others. The INFJ profile is often described as the “Mystic”—someone who can perceive the unspoken layers of a situation or person.

When I meet people in everyday life, they often feel this, and it is not uncommon for those who have something to hide to withdraw.

Mysticism here does not mean esotericism, but rather the recognition of truths that are often hidden from others. INFJs have the rare ability to look beneath the surface and grasp the true nature of people and situations. We read energy and the symbolism of things on a completely different level.

High Sensitivity and Empathy: The Art of Subtle Perception
High sensitivity means perceiving the subtle nuances of an encounter—an unconscious flicker of the eyes, a change in tone, or the barely tangible energy in a room. As an empathetic person, I often sense the emotions of others before they become aware of them themselves.

It is as if you are an antenna, picking up and decoding the finest signals. Heightened perception allows me to receive messages on a deeper, energetic level—as if unspoken thoughts and feelings are being directly communicated.

Shamanic Teachings and the Refinement of My Abilities
These abilities are not innately perfect but the result of years of inner work and constant refinement of my perception. Especially over the past two and a half years that I spent with shamans in Latin America, I was able to further develop these skills.

Working with shamans taught me that it is not just about reading people but also about understanding the invisible connections between them—emotional entanglements, unspoken desires, influences from the past, and often repressed fears.

Potential Analyses: Making the Invisible Visible
In my potential analyses for leaders and entrepreneurs, I use these refined perceptions to offer a new perspective on professional and personal challenges. It is about making the invisible visible, voicing the unspoken, and recognizing the depth of a person that often remains hidden in everyday life.

What prevents a leader from reaching their full potential? Which belief patterns block success? Where are the undiscovered strengths that are just waiting to be revealed? With my abilities and the resulting intuition, I can answer these questions.

Holistic Approaches to Potential Development
The combination of high sensitivity, empathy, and deep INFJ intuition offers an approach that goes far beyond traditional potential analysis.

With me, you won’t be filling out a standard questionnaire; instead, you will be seen as a multidimensional individual.

It’s not just about professional competencies but about seeing the person in their entirety—with all their dreams, doubts, and untapped possibilities.

Only when we are truly recognized and understood can we grow and reach our full potential. Perhaps you might consider what undiscovered aspects lie within you and how you can use them for your own path?

Feel free to sign up for an introductory conversation to see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to meeting you.
